R&Co is a Russian importer and manufacturer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, a distributor in the federal and regional segment of HoReCa.

From the very beginning
1993
The company Rafaelov&Co was founded in 1993 as a distribution of the Armenian brandy «Ararat» by Boris Rafaelov.
1996
In 1996 it become official distributor of «Perno Ricard» group brands on the Russian market, since 2002 it started to be the key partner.
2015
Since 2015 Rafaelov&Co has been importing wine from all over the world.
2020
In 2020 the company launched its own production of gin, spritz, vodka, whiskey and brandy in Armenia and in Russia.
2023
In 2023 the company has been rebranded and become R&Co.
Today
We are the one of the oldest wine trading companies on the market and we still remain a family business as it went from father to son. R&Co company always strives for sustainable development and constantly improves its production and distribution. It works successfully with HoReCa, specialised retail and federal supermarket chains in Saint Petersburg and different regions in Russia.
